SAMANTHA MCGAVOCK

Samantha brings to the table a rare combination of architectural training and project management experience on behalf of both client and contractor. She readily adapts to the role of Project Manager, Sustainability Manager, Design Manager or Community Engagement Coordinator depending on the project need. 

Her appreciation for well-considered design and efficiently managed, innovate construction makes her a valuable team member at any stage of the process. With particular skills tackling projects that have ambitious sustainability goals and community objectives, Samantha believes in getting the job DONE and doing it right.

 

KRISTEN SPOONER

Kristen has worked in the resource management field for over 13 years both in NZ and abroad.

She has extensive experience in strategic planning, resource consents and environmental programme management across the public and private sector.

Her technical expertise is complemented by experience managing teams, both large and small.

With two little people to take care of in her 'time off' Kristen is a master multi-tasker. She has lists of to-do lists and loves nothing more than getting things DONE.
