Regenerative Project Management.

  • We specialise in managing projects that benefit the environment and communities of Aotearoa. We work with clients to deliver new builds, renovations and natural environment projects we’re proud of. We help turn the seed of an idea into a viable project and then manage it through to completion.

Regenerative Practice.

  • Sustaining the current state of our natural environment and some aspects of society is not enough. Regenerative practice involves working with the inherent potential in people and places to build greater capacity and health in a system, so that it can continually improve over time.

Support to Iwi Leadership & Partnership.

  • The positive impact of Mana Whenua leadership and partnership in projects is immense. That’s why we do whatever it takes to support this mahi. We work alongside marae, hapū and iwi to support iwi-led kaupapa, and we collaborate directly with multiple iwi to co-design with integrity. We also help non-iwi clients build meaningful, enduring partnerships with iwi—grounded in respect, reciprocity, and shared outcomes.

Integrated Design Management.

  • We apply holistic, whole-systems thinking to the strategic planning and coordination of design workflows. Our approach centres on collaboration—within project teams and with communities—to shape solutions that are not only technically sound but culturally and contextually responsive. 

Strategy and Plan Development.

  • We prepare and contribute to strategies and plans which seek to positively impact the natural environment and the way we operate within it. Examples include the Auckland Regional Pest Management Plan, Local Board Climate Action Plans and Te Whakaoranga o Te Puhinui (The Puhinui Regeneration Strategy).

Project Communications.

  • Whether we’re seeking valuable community feedback, celebrating project success, or keeping communities and partners informed, we help clients to tell the stories they’re proud of.

Environmental Services.

  • We offer clear, practical solutions that unlock environmental potential. When appropriate, we utilise environmental frameworks to drive positive project outcomes. We’re industry leaders in delivering Living Building, Green Star and Home Star projects, and we contributed significantly to the first fully certified Living Building in Aotearoa.

Community Collaboration.

  • We’ve worked alongside communities to build 5,000 earth bricks, renovate marae throughout the motu, regenerate water catchments, propagate seeds, char timber… Community collaboration is different every time, but it’s always magical.
